  • This company is a complete scam and the worst customer service I've encountered in years. They were called out to help move my vehicle less than 1 mile. We were told we'd have to be charged a minimum of 8 miles at a per mile fee, than on top of that because two wheels were out we were told there'd be a "labor fee" even though it was being pulled up on to a flat bed with the exact process they would have used for only one wheel being damaged. There were no repairs or evaluations done, just a typical hook up of the vehicle so I don't think that word 'Labor' means what you think it means. When I asked how much this new "labor fee" would be I was told they couldn't tell me until after calling a boss to ask how much but they wouldn't do that until after the vehicle was hooked up and moved. After the vehicle was moved, I had to run in the house and the driver assured me he'd bring the keys right up. While he was in possession of my keys he emptied out the contents of my glovebox all over the front seat, including passports for my entire family from the trip we just returned from, and left the car unlocked.
