rev:text	I have been ripped off and misdirected (or lied to), by so many spa repair folks over the years, I basically "gave up" and decided to figure things out myself. All the phone calls to the spa manufacture(s) got me no where and hundreds of dollars to countless repair folks, to fix a 10 year old problem of no lights in spa. Simple advice and a 10 dollar part got me lights!! I love this place. Same thing happened 2 years ago.....leaks in spa, repair guy charged a fortune, and did not fix it....came in to Spaworks, told them my problem, and they sold me 30 worth of heavenly cure, and gave me the CORRECT advice (which was a the problem before that cost me 300 to accomplish nothing paying a repair guy). I am so so happy to have this resource, and am grateful for ALL the help I have received over the last couple years. I also want to mention their patience....they spend a lot of time with me, and are always willing to talk thru a problem, and their advice has always been right on!
