  • If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was researching spas prior to my visit to Montreal and this spa won based off the glowing reviews and a great weekday early bird special. The early bird special is for their first clients of the day. An hr long sweedish massage and three hour use of the baths, sauna and steam room for 90 cad plus tax (about 83 usd total). When your enter the reception your told the rules and showed on a map where everything is. Your provided a rubber bracelet with a sensor that unlocks your locker which has your robe and 2 towels. You are also provided sandals. The massage was first on the agenda and I was paired with Lucille. This was a really amazing massage probably the best one I have ever had. After the massage I went to change in my bathing suit and take use of the baths. There is a large hot water pool with a small connected cold plunge. You are to be in the hot pool for like 10-15 mins and then go in the cold plunge for 10-15 seconds. The you sit and relax for a couple minutes to get your heart rate down. The cold plunge is REALLY cold. I did this hydrothreapy three times total each working my way further into the plunge. The first time I could barely go in passed my stomach and the last time I dunked my whole body and head under. Three seconds after getting out of the plunge I was no longer cold and I could feel my legs tingling and it was a weridly relaxing feeling. There is also a sauna and a eucalyptus steam room. Outside those rooms are a cold shower which was refreshing after the heat. The other end is a relaxation area with comfy lounges and beds. After exploring all the spa I enjoyed a nice nap in that area. The spa is a slient zone and they have staff around who will remind you if you are talking. They have stations of flavored water and tea throughout the spa area. Back in the locker room/bathroom are rain showers and they have most every thing for you to get ready to leave prepared for your day. They have hairdryers, straighteners, shower stuff, lotion etc. This was a fantastic experience and has spolied me for future spa services. A must visit for anyone looking to relieve stress and relax.
