  • After getting a flat tire, driving around on a spare for a couple of days, and realizing I did not remember the last time I had purchased new tires for my car, I decided it was time to stop pushing off the inevitable -- I needed a new set of tires. I did some online research and called Discount Tire. I mostly dealt with Niki (not sure which way she spells it) and she was very helpful answering all my questions. I had seen a better deal on a competitor's website, but Discount Tire was willing to price matched it (YAY!). Because I have an older car, they did not have the tires in stock. Niki asked if I wouldn't mind recieving a call back so she could hunt down a set of the tires for me. After about an hour, Niki called to informed me that after contacting other locations, she could only get 2 out of 4 tires (the size I needed had been discounted everywhere by the manufacturer -- Michelin). I confirmed this with the competitor I was looking at going with as well. However, Discount Tire would honor the deal on another brand and I could come in the very next day to have it done. Deal! My appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Fast forward to the next day when I left for the appointment my car wouldn't start -- I had a dead battery (...and a serious case of bad luck). I called Discount Tire to tell them what happened. They were super accommodating and rescheduled me for later on in the afternoon. After taking care of my battery, I finally got my car checked in for new tires. Once in line, the wait time was 15 minutes and service time was another 20 mins. Thank you for doing an amazing job and for making the whole ordeal so much better!
