We've purchased several vehicles from Berge Ford. The purchasing is never the problem over 10 years and 3 vehicles, we can't complain about that.
Regular maintenance goes fine.
Problems with recalls and service is where it goes down hill. We've had issues where we had to pay for the recall repairs which is unacceptable. Every now and then there is a refund of part of the fee. We've had to pay for rental car because they ran out? What?? Dangerous recall issues are not the customers problem, it's the manufacturer and dealerships problem to satisfy the customer
The parts department doesn't seem to know about parts. I don't know if they just aren't trained well or just don't care.
