  • I called this company a few days before I needed the transportation to the airport and was told I should call 24 hours in advance to reserve a ride on Tuesday morning. I called Sunday and was only able to leave a voice mail which I did leaving a detailed message as well as phone #s to call back. I never received a call back so on Monday I called again to reserve the shuttle and was told they were fully booked. I asked why they didn't call me back and was told they were very busy. Unacceptable way of doing business.
