  • We visited the Uhaul location to have a trailer hitch installed on our SUV just over a week ago. They finished installation 30 minutes earlier than the projected wait time. Stephan took our call and also performed the labor. We realized a few days after returning home that they gave us the incorrect connector. When we called to inform them, the representative advised that Stephan was off that day, but scheduled us to come in at 1230 the next day so he could correct the error. I called just before the appointment to confirm, but the woman on the phone said nothing was scheduled for us. However, after explaining the reason, she realized no appointment was necessary. Upon my arrival, Stephan relayed the cost of the part as $25.00, which I agreed to but was unhappy about because this was what was supposed to be don't the first time. After the part was installed, he opted not to charge us for the error made and recalled our original request. He apologized and comped the charges. Thanks Uhaul! Much more solid experience than @ Cave Creek and the 101.
