  • Worst experience ever. My girlfriend and I went in to get her acrylics removed and the experience was pure agony. Unlike other nail salons, the woman employee didn't soak the nails prior to removal. She stated it would take too long to soak them. Instead she used another acrylic nail to go up under the my girlfriends and ripped them off one by one. After one hand of pain, my girlfriend asked to soak the next one prior to removal but the Asian woman insisted that it would take too long and she knew what she was doing. In between ripping and peeling off nails, the worker was blowing her nose and wiping her runny nose with her bare hands then touching my girlfriends nails again. Um, gross... Do yourself a favor and find a different nail salon to go to. There are plenty of other options and for the money, this place doesn't even come close to be tolerable. Won't be back.
