Went to Vegas with some of my buddies back in January and of course we had to hit up carnevino for some steaks. A friend and I had the 90 day dry aged ribeye for 2 which was served table side. I also had the pasta with lamb ragu. The pasta was alright but nothing to write home about. When the steak arrived we were pretty excited because it looked awesome. They carve it then drizzled it with some olive oil (I think?) and sprinkled some salt ontop. I thought it was weird that they drizzled the oil but what the hell do I know. Anyways the steak was med rare as we requested but I didn't find that it tasted anymore delicious than a steak you got at Ruth Chris. I actually found the oil off putting. One of my friends got the pork chop which he said was absolutely delicious. I'm on the fence as I would come back again. It gets 3 stars because it wasn't terrible but it was delicious. However, for the price maybe this place only deserves 2*...
