FIRST OFF - im giving one star because the option to leave fewer isn't available !!
I have BOUGHT almost every electronic I own from one Best Buy or another && almost every time I find myself asking why do I spend money here !!
I arrived on the 24 th of June to purchase a countertop ice maker -
After several minutes of walking around looking to no avail. We walked back to the front and found two employees doing what seemed like nothing && asked if they knew where I could find the ice maker. After several seconds of acting clueless they decided that asking someone else would be a good idea - come to find out the people they were calling over the radio and gone home several hours earlier ! After waiting a solid 20 minutes for just a location inside the store he decided to tell me that they don't have it !! I told him again that I had seen that they had it locally on my phone - he then asked to see it (web page on phone) I handed him my phone and he just walked off, didn't really say much ! Upon his return he continued to say that they didn't have it !! Welp we ordered it in store and was told we would be able to pick it up on the 1st July !!
FAST FORWARD TO THE 1st
I arrived waitied in the online order pick up for approximately 7- 10 minutes . I handed him the in store order receipt and he told me they don't have it !!
I asked confused , "then where is it ??!" He told me it's being sent to your house !! Even more confused as I had never even given this Best Buy my address !! When I told him that he told me well then I don't know !! I asked for the money back and was told "okay, the money is being put back on the card " WHICH WAS EVEN MORE APPALLING- since I paid with CASH !!
Needless to say I will not continue shopping there or any BEST BUY for that matter !!
