  • Acura of Peoria sold me a car in April of 2011. I purchased it because it had both a Navigation System and Satellite Radio. Before driving it off the lot, I asked my Salesperson, Jorge, to help me connect my current XM account to the new vehicle to make sure it worked before driving it off the lot. He handed my the XM pamphlet, said, "just call this (800) number and they'll help you with everything..." and I trusted that if it didn't work they would take care of me. The car came with a 50K mile warranty and had 45k miles when I drove it off the lot. The XM satellite did not work. I was not able to get the car into the dealer before exceeding 50k miles and then ended up moving for business to California for over a year. Now that I living back in AZ and have some recalled items on my car, they want to charge me $466 (Ryan will give me a break of $100 and just charge me $366) to fix a problem that they sold me. They ought to take better care of their clients, especially working with such high ticket items. I will not be buying a car from Acura of Peoria again.
