Got robbed here! My screen broke on my Galaxy S7 and I didnt have the insurance. (Deductible on it is 200.00 so I took my chances)
Well, I dropped my phone (about one foot) and shattered the screen. I went into this store and spoke to Brock. He told me it would cost me 200.00 to fix the phone. The good thing is that I could use the 200.00 I was spending toward in store accessories. So basically buy 200.00 worth of shit I dont need in order to get my 3 month old phone repaired. So I bought the junk which ended up being 211.00 total. I also had to buy the insurance plan which they told me I must keep for a minimum of 6 months.
I went back to get my phone which was now repaired and these guys pulled the bait and switch. Now suddenly I have to pay 75.00 MORE to get my phone back! Brock was gone for the day, of course. I complained but they made me pay the bullshit charge.
I do not recommened these liars to anyone and if I knew it would have cost me 275.00 to fix a new phone I would have done it elsewhere! Also, I called the Sprint main customer service and they told me I could cancel the insurance anytime I wanted, and I did not have to wait 6 months.
