  • Read the reviews and thought this was a good place to buy. We agreed on the phone Thursday to buy a Suburban. Told them my husband would arrive on Sunday to pick it up. They said they would pick him up at the airport. They sent the PO to our bank so we only had to sign to release the funds. Husband arrived on Sunday and couldn't reach them. After spending the night reached them on Monday and they told us that they sold the car on Saturday. When we questioned our agreement they told us "you didn't put any money down so we could sell it". Then they wouldn't cover our trip back to California. Contracts don't mean anything to them. I guess we need to deal with small claims now since they are not a member of the better business bureau.
