  • The place looks nice enough when you tour, and they do a great job on the events they host. But once you move in the office staff are always less than accommodating and never nice to speak with when you need something. The grounds are also becoming dirty with passing time, I would urge you to reconsider and look elsewhere unless you want a LOT of fees when you move out and to be nickel and dimed to death. They even charged me the utilities on my unit for a full month AFTER I moved out until another tenant moved in. Absolutely impossible to work with- please look elsewhere there are a lot of great places in Gilbert/ Chandler where they will treat you like a real person and you won't overpay for a poorly put together unit.
