  • I truly love this place! I bring my whole family here. I started going at the beginning of the year and we try to go every day and sometimes even twice. I have lost an incredible amount of weight 55 pounds in two months. I have since gotten my cousin and his girlfriend to go too. Everyone that works there is so friendly and nice. They have a daycare for our little one and give 3 square to the children. My kids have fun rock climbing and playing basketball and look forward to going every day as well. I think this place has improved our lives a lot by not only by helping us get into shape and boosting our self esteem, but has also brought us all together as a family. Thank you Y staff. We think you people are wonderful!
