  • AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. After doing some research, I went on Edmunds.com which is a reputable website where people are able to compare car features, cost, etc. After finding the specific car that I wanted, I looked up to see where I could get the best deal. This dealership came up with just the price I wanted to pay as well as the specific car that I wanted. Edmunds has a price guarantee for all cars that are listed on their website. After printing out the car as well as price, I brought it to Honda West to see if they had it. Upon my arrival, I was instantly dissatisfied with the atmosphere. My companion and I walked around the dealership for at least 5 minutes looking for help and NOBODY WOULD HELP US. All of the employees were standing around having what seemed to be unimportant, personal conversations. At this point, I wanted to just leave, but I really wanted the car so I decided to stay. Finally, Antonio (I think that was his name?) approached us and I showed him the paperwork for the car that I wanted, he stated they had it in stock and I was very clear in stating I wanted the price that was guaranteed to me by Edmunds, since the car was indeed in stock. After going to talk to his finance team, he came back and stated that the price was actually a mistake and there was no way they could honor the price they had posted online, which I happen to know had been listed for OVER A WEEK. Why is it my fault that your store posted incorrect information? Good customer service would have been to honor the price that you listed, not turn away a buying customer. However, that's exactly what they did. Antonio came back and stated, "this price was a mistake, I can't honor it." EVEN THOUGH YOU POSTED IT AND I DROVE ACROSS TOWN TO BUY THIS CAR? He gave no further explanation and was not willing to make it up to me at all. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Their listing was a bait and switch and now after they wasted an hour of my time driving across town, I will never ever return. From solely a customer service aspect, Findlay Honda at the Auto Mall is 10000000x better. If you're in the market for a car, go to Findlay, not this place. Thanks for wasting my Friday night sending me on a wild goose chase due to your mistake, I truly appreciate it! Oh, and just an FYI, I will be contacting Edmunds about your lying ways, they should not allow unscrupulous businesses like yours partner with them.
