  • What a horrible experience! Jason finally came late and spent 2 hours taking off and putting back the inside liner of my BMW door but didn't have the right tool - so he left to buy one at auto zone but he was still unsuccessful so just closed it up. During those 2 hours though, he balanced the inner liner of the door which was still connected to all the wires for the door handle, airbag, etc putting a lot of strain on the wires, between holding it with one hand while trying to unwrench a bolt with the other,or balancing the liner on his duffle bag which had all his tools thrown in helter skelter. What a disorganized, inefficient way to operate. After going over the whole experience, I decided to get another quote and went to the other company with similar name. They were a blessing! What a detailed, efficient, knowledgable and helpful company they were. They not only repaired my window on the spot with an OEM part that they reinforce with metal parts instead of original plastic but they showed me the cable to the door handle which had almost been broken through. They ordered, picked up and installed that cable, which had no doubt been pulled apart by stress on it the day before and all without even charging me extra labour. MY ADVICE: check the company before you get your window repaired. Do your research! I gave Randy my feedback politely today but he was impossible to talk to.Instead of taking this opportunity to improve his business, he chose to throw insults and said I should have given him the opportunity to fix the problem. Are you kidding? His attempted repair was the reason I felt I needed to go elsewhere! He would not have told me about the damaged cable and he would have put in a cheap aftermarket DORMAN regulator. Take this advice from someone who has had the worst and the best service and I'm not being paid to hold up a sign. Don't you wonder how 2 companies have such similar names? Which one came first? Sincerely, Ruth Cameron ps I am making a report with the BBB. Check all the companies you are considering for your repair! I had to laugh John T when you say you will be using them again. Duh, yes, when your part breaks. PS. A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW RANDY HAS HARASSED ME ON THE PHONE AND LEFT A THREATENING MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE TO DAMAGE MY CAR IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. It is really a shame that I believe many people are afraid to tell the truth about a business because possible repercussions like this. But not me. I intend to take this to the BBB and have already called the police.
