  • These people definitely took advantage of my daughter. She took her MacBook Pro in because it kept freezing. They charged her even though they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then when it froze again she took it back $800 later it still doesn't work. Guess what a fricken hard drive costs $38 on Amazon and a friend can put it in. No more problems. Was that so hard to figure out? My daughter is so broke, has medical bills and these people really hurt her. I would advise going somewhere else with your apple products.
