  • I've always done rafting, zip-lining & mountain biking in Western, NC. I tried a pleasant fall day at the US National Whitewater Center & though it is expensive, I had a terrific time. I'll return, not having tried everything yet. When it comes to zip-lining, I'm getting my thrills at Navitat Canopy Adventures (Barnardsville, NC) though. NC has great outdoor activities!
