  • If I could give it zero stars I would. I used to come here and saw a stylist Katie, she is nice but cannot get your color right, every time I'd come in for roots or highlights the color wouldn't be the same. And I would be there for 3 to 4hrs she also couldn't switch my daughters colored red hair(that she did) back to warm blond. She cut all the red out at the end cause she was so frustrated. She says she is giving you a break in her pricing, I think she would do this so she wouldn't feel bad about not knowing what the hell she's doing or always arriving so late for her appointments, like 20-50min! Every time I made an appointment I'd have to clear my whole day cause I never knew how late she was. In reality she cannot color. What she can do is style hair that's about it. Also got a perm here by some other lady and she burnt my hair! I had to pull teeth to get my money back. This place is a joke! I do not come here anymore for years now and I have to say where I do go to get the right color & highlights every time and fast is Valerie at Ulta, she's a master colorist & stylist, no messing around she's gets it right. Oh and she also fixed my daughters hair from Katie's mess she made!
