  • If I could give no stars I would. This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. They were rude, ignorant to us. Hung up on us blocked our number hung up on corporate blocked them. This was all of he manager of the dealership. They cussed us out on the phone and told us they wouldn't release our car to anyone because they were suppose to do the work and I told them I don't want them touching my car. They gave me the run around and were very rude and ignorant to me on the phone. When we finally got them to release the car we had to drive down there to have it towed to Chapman (which are more pleasant and happier to deal with) when I got to the dealership they all rushed up to me and was like "can I help you..." I was like no I don't need help from anyone I know where I'm going. They kept asking me what I was doing and whispering and laughing not sure if that was aimed towards me but I felt very uncomfortable there and will NEVER return to that place. Keep in mind they will not listen to anything corporate has to say or tell them. The manager at the dealership told me "I don't have to follow corporate, this is my store and i will run it how I want"
