  • This was one of the better pho's I have had in Charlotte. We stopped in for a quick Friday lunch. There was little wait and the service was friendly. My wife ordered a seafood noodle soup ( I do not recall exactly) which she really liked. I ordered the pho ga. The chicken broth was flavorful and good. This pho had more vegetables than I am used to, but not in a bad way. The carrots and broccoli were still crisp. It could have had more chicken, but it was ok. Overall, I liked the pho and it was the second best I have had in Charlotte. Be's Noodles is still my go to pho. With this being so close to my work, Saigon Palace will be a regular lunch spot. Very good food.
