I had a good experience with the massage therapist but that is about it. I signed up for their promotion which was supposed to be $49 a month for 1 hour massage a month if I wanted an additional massage it would be $49 more at the "member rate". That was a lie there was a time I booked a 2 hour massage and thinking I was going to pay an additional $49. WRONG! They charged me $120 after I was done!! That makes no sense and the girl at the front couldn't explain it to me so she said someone would call me to let me know why. I NEVER received that call. I decided to cancel my monthly and signed the form sent it, and it left me with one massage.
So I scheduled an appointment for my massage. I happened to get very sick the day before ended up loosing my voice and I even had to call off work for 3 days.
So I received a voicemail that said they were calling me to remind me about their cancellation policy. So when I was a little better called them and told them my situation and asked what they had done. They basically stated that the massage I paid for was given to the therapist because I didn't call in advance to cancel.... oh okay that makes sense take my money and not give me a massage because I was sick and could not call. Awful service awful understanding towards their customers. So I basically paid for NOTHING! These people are just like any other money hungry corporate company. Not impressed and very disappointed in their customer service. Do not go there or any other Elements Massage
