While your attempt to rectify our situation seems genuine, my husband and several of our wedding guests have already spoken with guest services prior to this review and nothing but an apology was offered.

**just an update- I was notified by one of my bridesmaids that her kindle was stolen while staying at your hotel. Per usual- nothing but an apology was offered.
