| - The Fiat is a great car, I just wish there were more service options than the captive audience the dealership has with waranteed customers. When you use their website to "schedule an appointment", it says that they'll contact you to confirm via your preferred mode of communication (I chose text to my cell phone). After 24 hours, I called the service department to see why I hadn't heard anything, and the rep told me "yep, we've got you" - I said "oh, I was just checking because I hadn't heard any confirmation back" ... silence... clearly this person wanted to get off the phone with me.
I had several questions that couldn't be explained on the website, but the rep just wanted me to get off the phone and show up at my appointment time - I finally had to tell her "look, I have some questions, and you're really not helping me", at which point she chuckled.
Really awful customer service, not listening or interested in interacting with the customer at all - I wish I could take my business elsewhere.
