  • I guess I'm forced to give it a star! it doesn't even deserve that. Way to long to retype but here's the written complaint I filed with the company (check in later to see how the respond). Hello, on Saturday April 2nd I rode in a cab #670. I had a nice ride untill it became time to pay. my total with tax included was 10$ and some change (I know the drivers don't carry lose change). I paid my bill with a 20$ bill. so rightfully I was due 9$ or so. when I handed him the 20$ bill he looked at me and we had a moment of awkward silence and he wasn't getting my change. so I said "can I have my change please?" He looked at me and scrunched up his face and said "what! you really need change? your not going to tip me?!" I told him to give me my change because he still wasn't moving to get it for me. after a little more arguing he tries to hand me 7$ which was not my correct change. at this point to feel like he is trying to rob me and take advantage of 3 women. I'm pissed and everyone is yelling he tells me "I gave you 7$ because your going to tip me!" I don't have to tip you it's a choice, and I used to be a server so I planned on tipping untill this. after a few more moments of him refusing to give me my money. my sister snatched my 20$ back out of his hands, because he is trying to steal from us. she told him give her the change and you can have your cable fair back. the whole incident the spilled outside of the car. it then went on for about 5 more minutes before he gave me my change. the only reason he gave the change and police were not involved was because a nother car driver came and helped me thank god. The other cable driver told him he was wrong and to give the change. Now here's the bigger picture of what happened. This company is based in vegas were a lot of people are drunk out their minds or tourist. Some of those tourist I'm sure don't know American money very well. So when a drunk or someone who is unfamiliar gets in this man's car and make a mistake with their money, HE IS TAKING IT STEALING PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY! this man is an opportunist who will take from people!
