  • Placed an order for several pizzas over an hour ago, and the lady on the other line said it would be 30 minutes. We were on our way to a concert and they claimed our order never went through, we purposefully waited to pick up this for dinner and they claimed it never went through. Everyone in my family was very upset about the poor customer service. When we told them about what happened, there was no apology or concern for the inconvenience that they had intimated.
