Walked here today because it was closer than Chatime and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Tieguanyin Milk Tea with grass jelly (less ice, less sugar). Even with the less sugar, the drink was still adequately sweet so I imagine normal sugar would be quite sweet. The ice is crushed will provides an interesting texture but doesn't ruin the taste as much. The lady was generous with the grass jelly - the grass jelly tastes remarkably similar to Chatime! The tieguanyin was light and flavorful.
The regular size is 4.10 and the large 4.60. Grass jelly and tapioca are 0.30 extra and special toppings are 0.50 extra. The price is comparable to Chatime. Definitely worth trying if you're around the area and Chatime is packed. The shop was very quiet when I entered around 12pm on a Tuesday.
