  • I bought my truck this time. Back to Phillip Gordon cause he did such a fantastic job with my car. Originally I bought this truck to Firestone a MALL RING CIRCLE in Henderson. I asked them not to roll down the driver window cause it will be hard to bring back up. Xavier said no problem very polite. After calling me saying they could not find the problem. I went to pick up the truck. And guess, the DRIVER WINDOW WAS ROLLED ALL THE WAY DOWN. After luring to me and said it must have rolled down by itself. He then said the tech DID NOT pay attention to the notes. Xavier apologized said he will comp fixing the window. After having my truck for three days. For there error, they still charged me for an oil change and a diag fee for the brake light and not even tell me what was wrong. I left very upset at the poor service from MALL RING CIRCLE. Then I thought. Being Phillip Gordon did such a fair price and great honest service at 220 Stephanie st Henderson I'll bring my truck there. To see what Phillip says. Phillip says being I had such problems over at mall ring circle he will inspect the brake light comp. he then call me back and says it was a fuse. And a bulb. No problem he took care of it, not only did he do that he also fixed the window problem and handle that Xavier at mall ring circle broke. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT MALL RING CIRCLE. Go to see Mr. Phillip at 220 Stephanie st in Henderson. You will always have a fair price and great service there. Ask for Phillip Gordon.
