Let me first say, I understand this place is a charity fundraiser for people with disabilities--and that is fantastic and I support this mission.
However, our Experience there was terrible. I think it is more of a racket or a scam than anything.
My family paid $22 each to get a wristband to ride the rides. We got there and there was such long lines for everything that we couldn't ride anything! The biggest scam of all is the VIP tickets. We were not offered these. however every line that we waited in had VIP customers going in through their own line, going ahead of everybody. So all the other customers that pay good money sit there and wait, so more and more VIP customers can come in and the regular line doesn't move at all. This is the definition of a scam.
We couldn't even walk through and see the Christmas tree displays! What a scam and a disappointment!
We wasted 45 minutes sitting in line at the slide, our line moved maybe 10 feet while more and more VIP people kept going to the front of the line and preventing the regular line from moving up at all. After that we removed ourselves from the slide and walked over to the merry-go-round. Same story there. VIP treatment customers would go to the front and the regular line would never seem to move because more and more VIP people kept arriving and getting in line.
