  • The view is great. The pictures I took were amazing. My selfie stick captured even larger scenic views. The ride last 30 minutes and it gives you a 5 second count down before you hit the peak of height. Not all pods have bars. If you decided to add this option its $10 more and unlimited. I did not purchase the bar options because you are allowed to bring your own drinks as long as not in glass containers. And honestly I was so busy taking pictures, talking, and making memories, I didn't even finish the drink I brought in with me. *Prices* Before7 pm $26.95 After 7 pm $36.96 $10 added to each for open bar 7 pm and earlier. $15 added after 7 pm. Once up the escalator, you meet with photographers ready to take your picture which will be available for purchase after. Then walk into a small area with a few pictures on the wall with dates of construction of the wheel and its progress. Check it out, most people by pass it. It's ways good to know some history. The lines seem longer at night. Sure there is lots of lights, but you don't get to see the city's architecture and layout in such detail. I purchased the before 7pm ticket and rode around 6 pm. This was a great time to see the sights. When purchasing tickets at the kiosk you can not use coupons. Head inside to purchase tickets. I found a $5 off each ticket in my hotel room booklet! Whoo-hoo! Women dressed in lime green will be on the Linq Promenade handing out $2 off coupons. They can not be combined but it's still a savings of you can't get your hands on the $5 off ones. Once off the wheel you are ushered into a gift shop with pictures available for purchase. Omg there some pricy pictures. Lol this gift shop sells full size family size bags of chips! Unnecessary information but funny. This observation wheel is the largest in the world. It's definitely a must do once. Also make sure you get a coupon. No reason to pay full price. You can earn total reward points by making this purchase but they will not be awarded to you on site. Ask for your receipt and head to your total rewards booth where points will be given then.
