.AVOID THIS DEALER. Van Chevrolet sent me an email offering to sell a vehicle. In their email, it stated that Van Chevrolet would beat other dealer pricing regarding my trade-in. They also stated that Van Chevrolet was professional and wanted to sell me a new vehicle. I called the salesman who sent the email. I informed him of the pricing I was told from other dealers. He said three times that Van Chevrolet could match or beat my other offers. I asked him to make sure before I drove the 50 mile trip. He said we don't sell vehicles over the phone, but if I made the trip it would be worth it. Unfortunately I made the trip and found out what a BIG FAT LIAR he is. The so called closer came out and gave me a big story about how there is no way I could buy the vehicle for the price told to me by the salesman, but showed me how I could buy the vehicle from him for thousands more. He also changed the agreed upon price of my trade-in. Do yourself a favor, find an honest and reputable dealer.
