  • Never have I felt more disrespected at any other place. I had a fingerprinting appointment here and the front desk woman was on the phone so the man in the back came up to assist me. My hands are very sweaty because I have hyperhidrosis and once the man noticed this he already seemed annoyed. He grabbed my hand and condescendingly told me to "dab" rather than wipe my fingers. After a few moments, he kept implying that my fingerprints were not good enough and that I would have to get them redone. This was followed by him asking me to go elsewhere, which at this point I would gladly do so. I suggested that I could wash my hands to reduce the oils but he jeeringly said that it wouldn't make a difference and started uttering "you think I'm nuts right?" Repeatedly. After that his frustration really showed when he told me that he only made $2 per person and didn't care whether or not my fingerprints turned out right. Overall I just felt so uncomfortable with the experience and it felt like I was a burden rather than a customer. I wouldn't come here if you want to get your fingerprints done.
