  • As mentioned in my other statements about USPS regarding the lack or urgency and empathy, USPS has good people working for them. The system the use needs to jump to the 21st Century. Lorenzo saved the day by going to the USPS in Downtown Avondale to find my certified mail. He knew it was there unfortunately Avondale USPS didn't give a better effort. It took me 4 trips. Lorenzo owned up and represented USPS well. I wish USPS employees would model after him.
