rev:text	We moved in over a year ago after moving across the country. The house wasn't in that great of shape to be paying almost 3g a month but we were desperate. They did a few repairs prior to moving in, but really cheap work and materials. Our AC unit was old and went out twice during the summer. They sent out repair guys that "fixed" it but didn't and left us in a 85 degree House with 120 degree weather.... and a 600$ electric bill for several months in a row. The pool had a leak, confirmed by the pool cleaner multiple times. They wouldn't fix that either- resulting in $200+ water bill each month. Our doorknob broke and they told us they couldn't send anyone until the following Monday to fix it, even though we called early Friday- so for the weekend my husband had to replace a door knob so it could be locked. They weren't concerned about our security or the security of the house. Moving Out- I've rented before so I know they try to keep every dollar of the deposit. We were charged $180 for cleaning- even though I paid a company $300 to clean. We were charged $200 for paint. Even though the house had paint mismatched and spots missing when we moved in. We were charged $294 for a water bill that was in our name that we paid on time to the city of Henderson. The management company has 0 to do with utilities that are in our name so not sure why they are withholding an amount for a bill that included our rental and our new purchase house. Long story short- don't rent with them. I would KD give them a zero amount of stars if I could... Don't say you weren't warned.
