  • Do not move here! These apartments are under new management that is terrible and the leasing office staff is extremely rude, unhelpful, and down right disrespectful to paying residents. They charge us a hidden " pest control fee" yet there were roaches crawling all over the outsides of the buildings all summer long. I found a few in my apartment and even a scorpion so I had to do my own pest control. They have recently started road way repairs, fixing the parking areas that didn't need fixing. They shut down whole areas of the parking which left NO parking for residents in front of their apartment. I am a paying resident and I could never find a parking spot anywhere near my side of the complex. After I drove around for 30 mins looking for one I called the office to see where they suggested I park. The manager Colton, snidely commented that he saw a few spots right in front of him. I live in the very back of the complex, have a baby, and a whole load of groceries to unload. Mind you, they put me in the only building without an elevator and I have 5 flights of stairs to climb up already. The manger said he had no suggestions for me then. If residents pay over 1 thousand dollars a month, these places need to provide specific parking spots or at least ensure there is enough parking for all the residents they have. At very least, don't mock the residents for asking a simple question. I have been treated very rudely on multiple situations, management is never willing to work with you or even provide helpful suggestions. I would never ever in a million years rent from this place again. It's VERY overpriced for the shitty quality you get.
