  • We have gone to the improv several times only because is certain acts. At best the service is acceptable. The good is over priced and not worth what it's priced at. The service has anyways been poor, they have a way to make you feel uncomfortable asking for items like refills. At times you can go 20-30 minutes without a beverage. The seating tend to be poor as there are lot if support beams within the showroom. The bar outside in the waiting area is impossible to get a drink and when they S&I see a you it's with Ian attitude. The tickets prices are much higher than what you would pay at other clubs. Regardless if the entertainers headlining. We will not be returning again. 4 strikes and your out. Be cautious when choosing this for your evening out. And I did ask to speak to a manager and was told they were unable to find one. Awesome way to make an upset guest even more upset. We actually almost walked out before the show even started. Really sad the improv used to be such s classy place and not it's dirty and poorly managed.
