rev:text	Stay away from these evil dishonest people! Last week we drove from Phoenix to Las Vegas for a short vacation. On day two, our AC went out. Not good when the temperatures are over 100 F. A friend recommended Honda West. We dropped the car off and went back to our hotel. Later that day we were told that the entire system was out - The Black Death they called it - metal filings from the compressor had contaminated the entire system and it would all need to be replaced at a cost of $4,200!!! After much deliberation we decided that my wife should fly back to Phoenix and I would drive the CRV home and get our other vehicle to drive back to Phoenix airport to pick her up with a car with AC. So far the cost was $180 for the diagnostic and $240 for the flight ticket. We took the car to our trusted auto-shop - Hon-Tech in Chandler, AZ. They diagnosed that the AC Clutch and coil were bad but they found NO EVIDENCE of any metal filings, they stripped the system down to try and find them. They did note that all the Freon had been evacuated despite thee fact that there was no leak in the system. The AC Clutch and Coil have now been replaced and the AV is VERY COLD! Honda West, Las Vegas should be ashamed of themselves. They tried to RIP US OFF! They cost us a ton of extra money. If they had been honest about what the problem was we would have had the repair done by them, and no need to fly my wife back, and no need to cut our vacation short. My advice is to stay well away from them. They give all professional dealers across this country a really bad name!
