Ok so the cashier named Renee according to her hair covered name tag(assuming ab attempt to hide her name since she's obviously got horrible customer service skills) was the one I unfortunately had to check out through since only register open.... i say this because the man before me in line had difficulty with his card in the pay/ swipe machine and she kept talking down to him as a kid then straight took his card by snatching it from him to do it herself.... then my turn nothing till I go to pay no greeting or anything just a big sigh when I tell her i'm doing two separate transactions... I go to pay and card reader is apparently malfunctioning she waits till I am obviously struggling frustrated and then loudly exclaims it's broken just keep trying... really?? How about you advise your customers before hand rather than no greeting only sighing at them so anyways I do first transaction then she loudly yells at a coworker she can't handle anymore and walks off mean while leaving me there standing blankly... thankfully the other employee decided to take over this literally only register open so I can leave.... will never return to this store site again thanks to your cashier Renee's horrible customer service and will be contacting the company directly to grieve as well
