It was pretty good for what you're paying. Spent $55 and tip on a 90 minute massage. I felt a lot of pressing down on my back versus rubbing out any knots. It was still relaxing and the foot massage was relaxing too. I think if you need any knots taken out you should go to a regular masseuse. The decor is a little nuts-like thrift shop sale decor-I hung my purse on a metal bone that said "woof" and the chairs were lined with fleece snowman blankets
