  • I've never had an issue with any Starbucks before now. I was there for about 20 min and needed to use the bathroom badly. When I first entered the bathrooms were being cleaned so I waited patiently. Finally I went over to the 2 bathrooms and asked the Hispanic girl with curly hair if I would use one of the bathrooms and she said no they are being cleaned and laughed. It is physically impossible to clean 2 bathrooms at once, and no she wasn't mopping. She was standing in the bathroom on the phone.
