New award for one of the worst Starbucks in town. Unhappy employees (2 out of 3 anyway); door nazi came out 5 minutes before closing and turned people away; cleaning duties (completed half-a$$ed) were more important than getting the drinks out for waiting customers; barren food case; trash all over the floor (that obviously hadn't been washed for many many hours) -- need I go on? So disappointing when a brand that stands for so much; doesn't franchise (presumably, in part, to "protect" its brand),"; and whom has such a loyal customer base; yet compromises on hiring employees who don't embody their culture. I didn't review the first two times, but since this will be my last time here, I felt I needed to.... (PS, the 2 stars are because it's Starbucks after all and they got the drink right.)
