I trusted Costco when I signed up I expected Costco to deliver on excellent value. After our daughter died we moved to be closer to family and canceled our account paid everything in full and gave back our cooler. They charged us for 2 more months of water WHEN WE DIDN'T LIVE THERE. I spent 1 hour each on four separate phone calls trying to fix this with billing. My Husband also called 3 times left on hold for 45+ mins every time. Then they charged us late fees and sent us to collections for water we never received on an account that was canceled. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. Dealing with the death of a child is horrendous but dealing with a bad negligible company on top of it is worst.
