  • AWFUL. Please please save your money and stress and purchase elsewhere. I ordered online, not only are they higher priced than other Canadian merchants but their customer service is beyond bad. As an avid online shopper I've never encountered such ignorant and unhelpful customer service. The item you want on backorder? Don't bother. It takes months for them to ship out and you won't get updates on your order unless you specifically go and email then about it. Backorder date pushed back multiple times and still not shipped. I'll be contacting my credit card as Vistek is no help. If I could give a rating of 0 I definitely would.
