Francisca in customer service provided no service of help!! I think she is in the wrong field I have purchased in over-the-counter medication that had been tampered with and she did nothing to help me and said verbatim " I don't have an answer to your question ma'am" then she said the supervisor would be able to help me but that I would have to drive all the way back and ask the supervisor, instead of her doing her job by asking the supervisor while I was on the phone so I didn't have to drive all the way back to that store!! It is very obvious that she does not like her job as she was so rude, wouldn't let me really explain my situation kept cutting me off, it seems as though she likes to argue with customers and gets satisfaction out of it rather then being heartfelt and doing customer service the right way I guess it's hard to find good help out there nowadays!! If you want customer service at this store I would definitely stay away from her because you will not get anything but an attitude and no help whatsoever in a horrible person who hates her job and likes to argue with customers! it's very sad that people like her get hired when many people are out of work and would love to have her position and yet Walmart seems to stick with her when she is so negative and is definitely in the wrong business!!!!
