  • This is a high-traffic store, and the staff just aren't able to handle the volume. Although they may be smiley, the line just crawls. This location has abandoned any pretense of being a destination in itself (there is basically no seating and the bulk of the store is partitioned into standing lines) so they should at least be able to get you coffee in a timely manner. Get me caffeinated and get me out!
