  • It's been a great experience so far. We visited the site about 2 weeks ago, helped by one of the friendliest and informative/honest reps we've ever met. My memory sucks, but I think his name is Jordan, and he's usually the rep that goes out in the field for room measurements. Visiting the store front was certainly a new experience. By that, I mean my fiance and I were initially overwhelmed by the variety of flooring options. We didn't really do research beforehand either, so Jordan helped us narrow options down to our living arrangements (e.g., having 3 dogs), where flooring would be installed, and our budget. With his help, we narrowed it down to 3 options. He came to visit us for room measurements this past Monday for our estimate, and he even brought the samples we chose on the store front visit. He was extremely quick with giving us an estimate. Choosing a vinyl flooring at $3.49/sf, and labor and additional supplies/services that costs around $520, we thought it was worth it to go with them. I think we just appreciated the customer service more than anything. Seriously... We walked into 2 other flooring establishments, and no one gave us the amount of attention/consideration like this place. I should also note that customers don't have to buy both materials and labor from here. It's an option to only purchase materials. At this point, I'm just waiting to update my review after the floors are installed.
