  • These guys are Awesome! I needed my carpet cleaned in my house ASAP. I've had my dog for four years and he has never gone upstairs and for some reason one night my dog decided to go upstairs and just poop in both of my guest bed rooma and on the stairs. This wasn't just any poop, it was one of those wet, smelly, and nasty poop! Not only did he poop but also pee and threw up everywhere. I woke up at 5:30am to find all this nasty stuff so of course I wanted everything cleaned ASAP cause now my house smells like poop! I go on yelp and find TURBO CLEAN and see they open at 7am. I call right at 7am and was very surprised somebody answered. I talked to Ben, and Ben was very professional and nice. I told him what my dog has done and he said he can have a tech over on the same day between 10am - 2pm. He quoted me a price and I was all for it. At 8:15am I get a call from the tech and tells me he will be at my home in 15 mins. So instead of 10am the tech arrives at 8:30am, and I was very happy to see that he was able to come early. The tech who showed up was name Bill! This guys was great. Gave me a lot of info on what to do with the carpet next time if my dogs decides to act up again! He took his time with every room and stairway. He basically got all the stains out except for one room that had throw up stain from my dog but he still got about 90% of the stain off. Overall Turbo Clean is def a great company to call if you need any cleaning with your carpet. Very professional, polite, and more importantly they do an amazing job with the carpet. Also, when I was talking to Ben on the phone he gave me a quote for the cleaning and I was charge exactly what Ben quoted me for. Thanks again Ben and Bill for helping out and doing a great job! Will def call these guys again just to keep my carpet cleaned.
