I recently visited this location after I dropped and shattered my school tablet. I took it to Best Buy, and was told it would cost more to fix it than it would be to just replace it. Welp.
So I decided to hit a few pawn stores before shelling out money for a brand new tablet all together. This was the second or third place I tried, and surprisingly they had an iPad mini for about $130, right in my price range. One of the employees charged the iPad for me so I could make sure it worked. Once I checked it, she rang me up. I didn't like that my iPad just got thrown into a plastic shopping bag and I was given a beaten up, ripped charger. You couldn't give me a nicer one from the back? Ok...
It was overall a good experience, but I felt completely ignored by the staff when I came in. It's not even like they were busy, they just didn't greet me or even look at me until I went up to someone and asked. Then the lady that helped me seemed like she could care less about doing it. I wasn't impressed with the customer service, but I haven't had any problems with my iPad. The other thing that bugged me was that my iPad had NOT been reset since they bought it. It still had the other person logged in to their Apple ID, and all their information still on it. It made me uncomfortable, but luckily I was able to reset it at home.
Definitely do your research before coming here.
