Moved into a bigger home and wanted to find the same chest of drawers that belongs to our master bedroom furniture. Going into the store and getting help with easy enough but my problem arose after ordering the chest online. First my order was canceled, not sure why, so I reordered it and waited a few days but heard nothing from them. Four days pass and I decide to call customer service to ask about my order status and the lady tells me that they have one in stock at the warehouse and I can pick it up this week. I asked her if they could send it to the location closer to me, she tells me they will call me when the ends happened. I guess I'm annoyed because I'm not sure what would have happened had I not called. After I got off the phone I end up getting an email to update my order saying it is being processed. Again, had I not called when was it going to be processed? I just think companies should get with the times and have a better online ordering system.
